The pre-licensing course is for all permit holders. The course is designed to help all new drivers understand New York State traffic rules and regulations. Our class is taught by licensed, certified instructors. Upon completion of your 5hr pre-licensing course you will receive your certificate of completion. This will now allow you to set up a road test appointment. By passing your road test exam you will have your NYS drivers license.

This course will teach you to become a save defense driver. Help you to obey and understand traffic rules and regulations. At the completion of this course you will receive your certificate and by handing it into your Insurance Company you will receive a 10% discount good for three years. For points reduction you can take the course every 18 months.
